W.F. Lantry, a native of San Diego, has two poetry collections: The Structure of Desire (Little Red Tree, 2012) and a chapbook, The Language of Birds (Finishing Line, 2011). His recent honors include the National Hackney Literary Award in Poetry, the Lindberg Foundation International Poetry for Peace Prize (in Israel), and in 2012 the LaNelle Daniel and Potomac Review prizes. He is an associate fiction editor at JMWW in Washington, D.C.
