Valerie Wohlfeld’s poetry has been published in The Antioch Review, Ploughshares, the Journal of the American Medical Association, Prairie Schooner, Valparaiso Poetry Review, and elsewhere. Her 1994 collection, Thinking the World Visible, won the Yale Younger Poets Prize. Her poem ‘Moon’ appeared in the June/July 2006 issue of FREE INQUIRY. She lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
